Seriously the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! I’m happy we went with this lender. The rate of speed of how quickly they got things done was outstanding! All I had to do was provide the info needed and they did everything else. DO NOT waste your time with them and got your credit damaged like me. They will use a very attractive number just to lure you in (5.45% was the offer I saw on Credit Karma). Once you applied and they hard pulled your credit, they came back saying "the BEST rate we can offer is 8.05%", which was only 1% down from my current rate, and payment is about the same. What's the point of refinancing then?
Rachel was amazing, very friendly, made the experience enjoyable. Very competent, went over a bunch of options without any pressure. Explained everything, helped me with the documents. They sent me letter in mail. I never even heard of them. They gave me an estimate in letter about what they think they can refinance me for. Sounded really good. So I gave my info. Called me few days later saying I am on the boarder line of getting something better but just not good enough. Could I put some money down…. Now my credit score dropped 17 points. Refinancing should be to HELP someone especially when there has been no late payments EVER. But instead they just want whatever commission they can get out of you. I... read more
