Very easy to arrange transport of my car to northeast. Polite customer representatives who helped me with this and the driver was on time. Very nice gentleman who delivered our car to our daughter. I will use them again when needed and recommend them without any reservations.

The setup procedure was fast and easy. Office staff couldn?t be more accommodating. They said they would pick up within 7 days of deposit. Driver called within an hour and picked up within 4 hours on the same day. A little annoying that the driver kept asking for a tip when delivering the car. And I?m not saying he asked once. He asked at least 4 times for a tip.

I was very nervous about transporting my sons first car that we bought from someone in FL and have it shipped up to MA. We were concerned about surprise extra fees that we read about from reviews and damage that occurs during transit sometimes but I did my research and learned a lot about this process and the different companies and I am very happy that we chose Montway and they exceeded my expectations! The fees did not change, the car arrived safe and sound and a day early! Awesome! The driver was awesome too!
