Very good communication. Vehicle arrived sooner than expected. Vehicle was in a fairly nice looking two vehicle enclosed carrier with a Nissan GTR and it and my vehicle was completely covered with dirty blackish dust inside and out. The vehicle arrived unscathed though and that is all I cared about, I just immediately needed to spray the car off and flush the worst of the dirt from the surface before I washed the car.
