EXECELLENT Employees, hours, rooms, Etc. I have NO negative thoughts regarding anything with Clayton Avance. I like the monthly On-Site Diabetes Blog.

Appointment was on time . Everyone had a great & helpful attitude . The medical team has a great way with patients . I like that they are personal in conversation and put me at ease and don’t mind me being myself . They are encouraging about my health and don’t mind my input . I like that they listen & are down to earth but at the same time address any issues that arise . The best medical practice I have ever been to & that’s saying a lot because I am 68 ! 😀👍🏼

Everyone was kind and very helpful from the front desk to Dr. Brauning. They don’t treat you like a number nor do they rush you in and out. Seems hard to find good doctors and offices nowadays that just genuinely care

The front office check-in and check-out is now streamlined which makes it easier and more efficient. My wait time was short; my visit with my PCP was not rushed and I felt like I wasn’t just another patient who needed help. I’ve been an Avance patient for more than four years and those have been good years. Avance meets all of my needs and expectations.
