Excellent experience with the staff and Doctor. The receptionists at the front desk were courteous and wait time was a few minutes. The nurse taking the weight, height, and vitals was cordial and efficient. Dr. Bruckert was attentive and methodical during the examination and did not rush. He listened carefully to the description of symptoms and he conducted a thorough clinical examination. I LOVE the Drs. and my previous therapist (who kinda left out of nowhere). Front desk has two receptionist, but only one seems to be working. Other one is ALWAYS on a personal call. Not the most professional. My Ketamine injector makes me feel anxious and rushed, more so on Thursdays. Otherwise, Drs. Prakken and Mullet (Spravato Dr.) are awesome. I would recommend those two to my friends.

I went into Avance care for a respiratory issue I couldn’t get rid of. The staff there was very welcoming and was able to diagnose my issue very quickly. Dr. Vomer and his team definitely know what they’re doing! I highly advise going to see them!
