Michelle MacDonna has been my primary for over two years. Having moved from New York to North Carolina and having many health issues such as post, cancer issues, etc. I was very nervous about leaving my doctors in New York. My recent visit was exceptional overall, but the check-in experience was highly disappointing. When I arrived for my annual physical, I provided my name, and the staff member immediately began pressuring me about my bill. Despite informing him that I would contact the billing department, he continued to discuss the matter loudly. Given my background in the medical field, I recognize this as a HIPAA violation.
