Everyone is great. I made an appointment online as I woke up with UTI. My appointment was confirmed. Everyone I have dealt with at this clinic have been so kind and caring and thorough. I can’t say thank you enough for being there.
My overall experience with Avance Care has been excellent. My provider is caring and I don’t feel rushed during my appointments. Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone seeking excellent healthcare services.

Avance in Wake Forest is above and beyond the best healthcare practice! Dr. Ivery and her staff provide exceptional care. From the front desk folks to Dr. Ivery herself, you feel valued and heard.. I trust her Dr. Ivery’s knowledge and skill implicitly.
Everyone is kind from the front desk to the checkout. There is never a wait to be taken back from the lobby or for the doctor. Extremely thankful!! I always see Diana Ban and this visit she had a new nurse who was fabulous. First time meeting her. It’s a great feeling not to dress seeing the doctor!!!
My second visit to Avance in Clayton and I am very happy with the care I am receiving. I lost my previous provider of 30 years and was apprehensive about finding new care. My transition to Avance could not have gone better.
I decided to try Avance Care Oberlin Road because it is in the same building as my Physical Therapy (Results) and is about 3 miles closer to me than the Avance Care I typically have used. I love the location and the facility. I really appreciated Adam Lunsford. He is very personable and put me at ease and provided answers and a solution to my issue. I will likely continue seeing him for the foreseeable future.
Dr. Steven Alexander is excellent. He listens and provides clear solutions. My in-person appointment was on time and not rushed. I highly recommend this practice.
