PA was wonderful. Check in and out staff were efficient but no engagement at all. I missed my first blood work appt because no reminders are sent for that service even though it’s under the same roof. My main appt was cancelled by some unknown reason. I had to reschedule still with out a reason.

Dr B is wonderful. Great listener, explains answers in detail in your own language skills, whether it be in laymen’s terms or if you understand more medical jargon, he can explain it in those terms. Great bed side manners.

The experience I did have as soon I walked into the office the secretary the nurse the tech were very professional addressing and respectfully on their manners providing all the things I needed before I see Amy Hird P.A. Amy Hird is my Doctor who’s taking care of me for many years! The knowledge, experience, wisdom it is unmistakably one of the best I know!! Hands down the best!! The way I feel and my health is excellent conditions!! All of them were amazing!!
