There was confusion about bloodwork even when i had an appointment and was told to fast. This is a problem with the office staff. Dr. Alexander is always professional and patient. He took his time and I didn't feel rushed.

Everyone so very nice, and prompt. From the receptionist to the doctor. . I’ve been going to this office for 31/2 years and same service all the time. Can’t say enough about this particular office in Apex. I’ve recommended this office to family and friends and they are patients as well. You don’t find this type service anymore.

Office and waiting room is always clean and organized. Coffee station and water cooler is always available. Love to watch TV while waiting. Prompt and courteous service from the doctors and staff.
