I have been following Shivas for about 3 years now and he is the epitome of what a provider needs to be. He takes care of me in a very comprehensive manner and make sure that my concerns are his Top priority. I highly recommend that anybody who is in need of a primary care come to see Shivas ASAP before he gets booked up. You will not be Disappointed.

Everyone at Avance Care Durham is simply the best! From the front desk people to the nurses NPs and doctors, everyone is extremely kind, thoughtful, and respectful. I see NP Mary Holmes and she is simply the best! I could not have asked for a better medical professional. She is caring and compassionate, but more importantly, she listens and answers all my questions. She really takes the time to get to know her patients and their medical needs. Her assistant Abby was also very kind and helpful as well.
