Our S. Chapel Hill NC Avance Care Clinic is beyond excellence. This Friday, I thought I had the flu (COVID tested neg at that point). Called Avance Care front desk. The front desk had an appt immediately, even on Saturday. Within two hrs I was in the clinic. And after only 30 mins I had been dx and my medicine was ready at CVS before I even left the clinic. In a few words (Ha)… from the nurse who took my vitals (I apologize for not remembering her name) to Dr. Houng who always listens to our concerns! We are always cared for by everyone. My mother is his patient, too. She is very pleased with the staff! An if she’s happy, I am happy! I saw Glorimar on my way out (she was Dr. Houng’s original nurse), she remembered ME (how she recognized me 100 lbs heavier unfortunately), and she spoke and we caught up, always kind!

I absolutely adore Dr. Deslauriers and her nurse Krysti. They’re both caring, and kind. Dr. Deslauriers listens and I never feel rushed like at other Doctor’s offices I’ve been to. The office staff are all very efficient and friendly as well. It’s easy to get an appointment and the wait is never excessive. Just an all around great experience!

Took my 90 year old mother to see Dr. Ivery and my mother was very happy with her. Dr. Ivery was very attentive to my mother's needs. I appreciated the care that Dr. Ivery took with my mother.
