Customer Service is something that can make or break any place of business. Patient Coordinators, Helen & Jeremy were like a breath of fresh air. If you've ever experienced terrible, sub par customer service at "hello" you exhale whenever you come across someone who knows how important this is and treats you like they care. The team at Avance Care were consistently warm and welcoming.
