I was visiting my daughter, who works for Avance by the way. I showed her my back and right away she wanted it checked out. I was very surprised to learn that a doctor's office was open on Sundays and that they had an appointment available for me. The front desk was very professional and nice. When I was called back, everybody was very nice and friendly. The doctor just happened to have gone to WCU, which is 30 minutes from where I live in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Im always very pleased with the service i get from Avance Care in Knightdale. Ive seen 2 different doctors and both were fantastic Dr.Brewington & Dr.MacDonna. My mom saw Dr. Clark & all 3 I recommend for primary care. I wish i knew the nurse’s name she was awesome made my mom & i feel so comfortable & relaxed.

Everyone is so nice and helpful feom the feont desk, jeremy,helen,antoinette to the medical assts. My doctor Micaela is the absolute best. Takes the time to answer and questions and concerns and is so friendly. She makes going to the doctors an enjoyable event instead of dread.

Staff was amazing and very kind, the front desk staff Jeremy and Antoinette were very helpful and quick in getting me checked in and out. MA Lucia was kind and you could tell she is very passionate about her job and patients. The provider Micaela was amazing and very knowledgeable and really cared about what I wanted. Thank you for making going to the doctor enjoyable

Dr. Whitt and her team were fantastic in diagnosing my foot fracture. Since this happened on a Saturday, they have referred me to UNC/Pittsboro to an orthopedist which will open on Monday. Meanwhile, they wrapped my foot with an ace bandage & was told to elevate it with an ice pack which they provided. Thank you !

Dr. Whitt is amazing she takes care of all of your needs. The staff is exceptional so professional yet so caring even the greeting when you walk in is so warm. Chance is great he will make a wonderful Dr someday The front desk makes you feel so comfortable I would never go to another medical facility. I have been going to Avance since I moved to N.C.
