I have been a longterm Chronic Pain Patient of the Avance doctors for ~15 years and would never consider going elsewhere for assistance in lessening my Chronic 24/7 Pain!! They listen to my issues, demonstrate empathy and caring, and always with a positive attitude toward finding suitable solutions in their efforts on my behalf. Additionally, their office staff and assistants are always friendly and helpful… as if they are all one big happy family. That is most definitely a positive for their patients!

The primary care providers seem to care about their patients and they listen with their ears. I can’t tell you how many specialists and other doctors I’ve seen too that do not listen. Yet, every single Advanced Primary Care provider has. Every single one of them deserves a big bonus and a raise, phenomenal staff . This holds true at both Knightdale and the Ramble Way locations and goes back prior to my first visit when your office just opened in Knightdale .

Been coming here coming up on 4 years. Deb has been compassionate and warm and empathetic to my situation (chronic pain/multiple surgeries and mental health difficulties) and helped me talk things out at times and medically find solutions (it’s a medical practice not a medical perfect) that allows me to live life relatively pain free while having my mental health issues addressed and can contribute to society as a whole without it interfering my work on HIPAA compliant practice management software. This is a well run practice, never had to wait past appointment time, staff was courteous and friendly, and they are on top of things. Dr. Miller knew my history, reviewed my labs, and was very informative. She has a great bedside manner (or at my age and condition perhaps it should be called graveside manner), made adjustments to my medications, and instilled confidence. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a personal physician.

Starting from front desk to check in on back with nurses and my Dr Carrie woodworth they all are very helpful courtesy and professional I just appreciate my Dr woodworth she’s very much concerned about her patients she’s takes her time while examining you making sure you understand and you’re satisfied she gets 5 ⭐️
