All the people I've interacted with have been fantastic, but the organization of information on your digital ecosystem needs a lot of work. Forms are hard to find and the onboarding flow for new patients is extremely difficult without calling in to ask. Even I did call in, folks in the office had a hard time finding things. As a user experience professional, I know that's a reflection on the system being poorly designed, not them.

I met with my new therapist for the first time this week and was definitely NOT disappointed! She was great, and really wanted to help my nutty self figure out my life and help me get UNSTUCK in this world! Using the newest scientific research!! So far I LOVE ALL OF MY AVANCE CARE DOCTORS AND RECOMMEND AVANCE CARE TO EVERYONE!!!!
