Excellent very rewarding
My experience is always positive and I leave feeling better and positive.
My therapist (Tamekia Powell) is GREAT! However dealing with the medical records department is awful! The medical records team doesn’t have a sense of urgency (it took them an entire 15 calendar days to fax 1 paper, unacceptable), some are rude, they do not care about the patients needs, and very rarely keep their word about following up with you.
