Abby Mook is a phenomenal therapist!!
The therapist performed part one of the assessment. She was thorough and kind. At the end of the session she said that grief counseling was not her specialty and she would talk to some of her team members to secure a therapist that specializes in grief.

Sasha Boutin is my therapist and I am still able to visit with her because we meet online. She has left our Morrisville office to move to another city, and still works with Avance Care in another city. It would not be convenient for me to see her in person. I appreciate the opportunity to still see her online.

Kenia Martinez is the best LCSW by far!
I always get something from each group experience. I don't know what each member of the group is experiencing as far as what their condition is but this is a chronic pain group so they all live in pain to some degree. How they handle it is of interest to all of us to help ourselves. What works for one may not work for others but it is worth a try. It helps knowing that we are not alone in our battle. It's nice to have support from others. Great group!
