Avance care is great with treating patients not just as patients but as human beings . referrals are made accordingly and also responses to medication’s and listening to me. I also love the fact that even if someone is not in the office someone at the front desk is always answering the phone and there’s responses in portals appropriately timeframe.
Mr. Hitt has been one of the very few psychologists that I've felt comfortable with sharing and not holding back. Avance has provided me the ability to schedule appointments easily and take advantage of other programs, such as nutrition, as well.
Kelly Sauer is wonderful to work with. She is relatable, non-judgmental and listens intently throughout my session. Ms. Sauer has a genuine curiosity about my experiences which has allowed for a large measure of trust and comfort. I am grateful for her expertise.
