The staff and physician were friendly and efficient. I appreciate the time and attention I received from Dr. Kritzer and Brittany. I do however, have great concern that there appears that no covid protocol is in place. No one- patients or staff wore masks. There was no instruction (signage) for distancing and I saw only one hand sanitizer (pump-style) in the waiting room. I took my hardheaded mother who is 92 to Avance care for a constant dry cough . Needless to say she had Covid , 2 days later I go back and test positive.. they went above and beyond.. with my symptoms I was tested for flu , Covid and strep throat And I was given a sheet of thing s to buy and take to get thru it .I wasn’t sent my merry way and told it had to run it’s course . Staff friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Dr Hondros is great. Smart, helpful, kind, very knowledgeable and very persistent.. Certainly one of the best in the field.

I was so impressed with how caring, knowledgeable, and thorough the physicians’ assistant, Ashley, was with me. She was kind and understanding and took the time to explain what I needed to know about my health crisis. I will definitely recommend her to anyone in need of fine medical care.
