I had been a patient of Dr. Hondros for 17 years and followed him to Avance from his Novant practices. Obviously, after so many years and after his departure from Avance, I was a little apprehensive moving forward without him. I had a visit with Destiny, P.A. on 5/13 for pre-op clearance. Visit was listed as blood work so I fasted. But it was a follow up. Andy did a great job. I am sorry to learn that he was leaving.
Staff is very nice and friendly and willing to help
Service and call center is under expectation, service agent with no patience even to listen, your Wen site is very old fashioned, navigating is too complicated, you need to repeat very same information in too many screens and fields, etc.

I called into the office to obtain my medical records for a life insurance application. The company to which I applied advised me this was the only office to have not responded after several fax requests (mind you, I was only seen once back in 2023 after transitioning from Novant Health - who sent my records promptly). Emily answered the phone and, in the midst of speaking with her, she lied to, interrupted, and was utterly disrespectful towards me.
