Visit was listed as blood work so I fasted. But it was a follow up. Andy did a great job. I am sorry to learn that he was leaving.
Staff is very nice and friendly and willing to help
Service and call center is under expectation, service agent with no patience even to listen, your Wen site is very old fashioned, navigating is too complicated, you need to repeat very same information in too many screens and fields, etc.

Andy is an excellent doctor with a bright future and his ability to listen / care for his patients is amazingly similar to Doctor Dimitrios Hondros.

My husband and I have gone to Andrew Kritzer, FNP, for a number of years now, even before he joined Avance Care. We followed him when he did join Avance. He is the most thorough and patient PCP either of us have ever had. He really listens and takes the time we need during a visit. I hope Avance knows what an asset he is to the practice! We love him!
