I had been seeing the same doctor for decades- but recently moved to the North Raleigh area-and needed a new primary provider. I was very impressed with John Hubbard and his assistant. I was able to complete and submit all the forms on line prior to arriving for my appointment. John had reviewed all my medical and prescription history and was extremely professional and caring.

Our family has had only great experiences at Avance Care North Raleigh. We love the efficient and safe curbside service during these times (received both Covid tests and Flu Shots). A special shout out to Ezan who was extremely patient with my daughter who has a great fear of shots. THANK YOU!

I wish that I could give zero stars to Dr. Aluru. I had my annual physical/wellness appt with her. She was rude, condescending and dismissive. Even worse, she refused to refill my prescriptions (which were prescribed by other providers in this office), which will now require me to book another appt, take time out of my schedule and pay for another appointment. I will never book an appointment with her again.

This was my third appointment and when the doctor came to talk to me had no I'm dea why I was there. I told her why and told to go back to my primary for future care. Ughhhhh

The doctor was great. When it came to get my prescription the office was terrible to work with. They don’t return my calls. I had to go back to the office twice to attempt to get the prescription switched to a medicine that is available. Each time I was told they would take care of it for me. 24 hours later I still do not have the medicine I need to get well.
They have lots of appointments that you can get quickly. However, the billing situation is awful. They tacked on random test charges onto my bill that I did not receive nor consent for. I called and they said they would remove those charges and never did. I called many times and left messages and they never responded nor fixed my bills. Also the doctor (Dr. Miller) told me she didn't believe my symptoms and told me I was wrong about my symptoms.
Awful and incompetent . Don’t waste ur time or money.

We are Long time patients of Dr Burton there who is out on medical leave. We recently asked for a prescriptions for Hydroxychlorequine and Ivermecton for possible use if needed while we are traveling away from home in our RV. I made one request by phone message; we got no response. One request was in person while my wife was undergoing a physical exam. The Doctor said there was limited research on Hydroxy so he couldn't prescribe it --yet it has been used for over 50 years and has been proven highly successfully by doctor... read more
