This was my first visit with a Practitioner, so I was a bit apprehensive. I normally go to my PCP at Duke Family Medicine, but I needed to be seen right away. I had a bad dry cough and sore throat and Pam listened intently to my symptoms. She was patient, asked me the right questions and gave me a thorough upper chest exam, examined throat and ears and reassured me that she knew I had an infection which req’d a Z-pack. Best place to go. I’ve been going since they opened several years ago. Everyone is friendly and helps without hesitation. I see the one PA regularly. She’s very cool and friendly and does the leg work when needed and actually listens. Great place. I always get an appointment that week. Nothing but good to say about the place.
