I love visiting my Avance Care office near my home. The entire staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Whitt is as enjoyable to see as she is competent and professional. My walk-in visits (typical for me) are serviced quickly and my scheduled visits are rarely more than a few minutes tardy. This is a well-run office south of Chapel Hill full of great people. I thank them all for what they do and how they do it.

Completely satisfied with the care my husband and I have received at Avance Care. Dr. Witt has been my doctor almost since their opening and now takes care of my husband, too. We could not be more pleased with her professional ability and also appreciate her caring, friendly way. The whole staff is great!

So shocked that Stacy Clark would so coldly dismiss me with obtaining insufficient data to announce she believed I might have a brain tumor. No empathy or care shown! So disappointed, I had real hopes of forming a relationship with Avance Care. I now have an appointment with my doctor now for a second opinion.

I attempted to provide my disappointment in the survey sent but there was no room to finish. Really doesn't make one feel good or that you really care in wanting to hear. Extremely disappointed.

This is the worst experience to date I have had here. None of my concerns were listened to, nor met. I feel like Avance cares more about $ than they do service. I went in with chest pains and fatigue. I was checked in (after Re verifying my insurance you have on file), charged a fee, THEN triaged, and then I waited for my provider to come in. Once I got a hello, the immediate response from the provider was "You need Cardiology". So me, afraid, I rush to Cardiology only to be told everything is ok and was then referred, by th... read more

I have been sick for nearly one month with RSV and a rheumatoid arthritis flare. Stacey Clark prescribed several medications to aid in the relief of my two complicated health issues. Finally, I have gotten some relief.
