This is the worst medical office in Charlotte. Do not see Victoria Ragan! She is extremely unknowledgeable and shows minimal care for her patients. She is there to collect a check and go home at night. Never again will I go to this practice. Whatever you do, do not see Victoria Ragan or you will waste your time and money. The office manager "Kristy" is absolutely horrible as well. I was hungup on by her after she mistakenly deleted my entire patient portal. This office is a MESS!

Super! Bryce Manton took care of my urinary Tract discomfort by recognizing my infection and prescribing a medication to take care of it. I am feeling much better due to her help.. Not sure who Lindsay McHugh is but Bryce Manton was great.
Yesterday was another excellent experience at Avance SouthPark. Dr. Faison Knox is an excellent listener, and good health care begins with excellent listening. She is particularly adept at navigating complex situations and responding clearly with options. She recognizing how decision-making works in complex cases.
Great visit. Dr Brauning is always a pleasure and very interested in helping with your medical problems.
Professional staff, check in to check out. Always minimal wait times. Madison is a skilled practitioner. Communications clearly through out the appointment.
Victoria is excellent. Always ready to help me and family.
