I showed up at 2:50 for a 3 o’clock appointment. I sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes before I decided to get up and ask what was going on. It took another five minutes to get an answer that the doctor would be with me in another 30 minutes for a 3 o’clock appointment. I asked for $100 refund because I was not going to wait an hour to get my physical/check up. I have never had to pay upfront before ever seeing the doctor. I will not be coming back to this place. I'm an existing patient at another Avance Care and was in the Wake Forest area for work. I had no trouble getting an appt. after a tick bite. The front desk people were quite pleasant. The M.A. was also an EMT and very engaging. Charnell took good care of me and was very thorough in her instructions. Easy in and easy out. Thank you!

Everyone is kind and professional. Everyone does a great job. Bloodwkok lady is the bomb,gets it one stick never hurts or bruises. Dr lam is best Doctor i have ever had. She always listens and wants to help. Could not be more satisfied with her. All Dr.s should come see her to learn how to do it right.
