Accommodating the Patient I had a crown/bridge come loose on Tuesday afternoon and put in a call to Avent Ferry Family Dentistry. Emily answered the phone and could understand my concern that I may do damage to the exposed teeth, so she checked her schedule and was able to work me in and fix my problem. The entire staff seemed to be concerned that I was taken care of in a timely manner, and for that I am forever grateful. Thanks for looking after me so quickly.
The best dentist in town Dr. Butts and all of his office staff are hands down the best dentist in the area. You will receive excellent care from EVERYONE in that office. They truly care about their patients and go over and beyond to show it. They are honest, professional, sensitive to your needs and very friendly. I will never go to another dentist again and if you visit Dr. Butts office once I guarantee you won't either.
Simple adjustment I was in town briefly and needed an adjustment to a partial bridge. I called the office and spoke to Jana, as always, she was able to get me in. Dr. Butts, in his usual pleasant way, adjusted my bridge and I was on my way. Always a good experience with this team.
Amazing Dentist and Team I love Dr. B and the whole team at AFFD! I never have great experiences at the dentist and am always apprehensive about dental appointments. However, Dr. B and his team ensure that I am as comfortable as possible every time I'm there. This team really cares about their patients well being and not just a dollar in their pocket. I'm a new patient, called yesterday & they got me in the next day. Printed out all the new patient paperwork at home, so check in Consisted of handing over that & that was all! Very fast! The waiting area is nice, Clean, & they have a keruig with all sorts of yummy coffee flavors & it's complementary along with bottle water. The front desk lady was very nice, & she told me it would be just a few minutes, so I went back at exactly my appointment time! Took no time to get x-ray & down to root of problem.
