Aventus Builders did such a great job on our basement renovation. Mario stayed within budget, working with me when unexpected things came up so we could stay within the budget. Alex and his crews who did the demolition and installs were courteous, timely, and worked their tails off. The painters and carpet installers also did a great job. These people did a wonderful job and more importantly stuck to the original quoted price. I was on a strict budget so that meant a lot to me! Also, the project managers Brianda and Tiffany were in constant contact and very professional. There are always hiccups with a remodel/construction project, and there were some here but nothing that wasn?t rectified. Thank you Aventus!

Mario and his team converted a loft into a bedroom, including framing, drywall, electrical, trim and painting. They also replaced the carpet with hardwood floors.

Cato & I are DELIGHTED with our renovations! Our primary suite is the restorative, tranquil space I could only envision.
