RecommendedI was a bit skeptical about Avenue Medical due to a bad experience from another company that did not finish the job I previously hired to do another job. I soon realized that not only are these crew very respectful, knows how to clean after each day, and addressed my concerns during our bathroom renovation. Had to have a handicapped shower put in for my disability. The whole process from sales consultation right through construction was top notch. Professional, friendly service all the way around. Construction crew did the work in one day and left the house clean and uncluttered. I highly recommend Avenue Medical for any of this type of work or supplies.
Marybeth and Adam and the install team are wonderful. I called 1 day before being discharged from hospital, needing a ramp installed the next day. Adam made time to go to my home to measure and give estimate. The morning of my discharge they were at my home installing and completing ramp before I got there. I can't thank you all enough. The very best customer service is what I recieved. Thank you. Ave. Med. you have some fine employees, keep them.
