Katy was great to work with in buying our Plymouth home. We are new to the area and she provided needed info and was attentive to making things go smoothly from first view to offer to closing and beyond. Highly recommend services of Avenue Real Estate.
So our house closed on Friday and the only person that called me was the title company to tell me the check was at the bank. We received no thank you from Katy Cain or telling us the house closed nothing at all!!!! Very unprofessional they are only after the commission!!! I would never ever recommend them for anything!!!!

This review is specifically for Katy Cain. She was a no call, no show on a showing that we set up yesterday that SHE chose the time of and told us it was the only available. Rearranged our schedules to meet her. Anyway, upon reading reviews about her, while I was in sitting in the car waiting , wow!!!!! Our experience with Katy Cain was awful. She was the realtor for the buyers of our home. She didn’t deliver our counter-offer timely and missed so many other documents. Our closing had to be delayed because the bank couldn’t get documents from her on time. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I just had such a bad experience, I don’t want anyone else to have to go through that.
RecommendedDonna Bocchini Krueger is a great real estate agent! She provided us with personalized service throughout our process. She was available to answer all of our questions, and she led us in the right direction when we were looking for local resources to prepare our home. Thanks, Donna!
There was no attentiveness. After they listed the house I didn’t hear from Katy until I had to bring up the idea of an open house. Then they held the open house in the middle of the week while everyone was at work. Not once did they show the house to a potential buyer. All interest was brought by outside parties.
