Excellent customer service. Amanda was extremely helpful. Her recommendation for my storage needs was spot on. I appreciate such friendly customer service. The units are very clean an the property is well maintained. I highly recommend.

I have watched AVID Storage build their new facility after Hurricane Michael. The transformation of the property is amazing. While searching for a new storage facility, AVID was the first and only one I contacted. The Property Manager, Amanda, was extremely helpful. Great service, very friendly and informative. Facility is new and kept clean. When moving into town we stored for a month at U-Haul but the quality of the facility concerned and looking for a new facility altogether. Avid’s. Avid’s Parker location holds true to their advertising. We were welcomed by Amanda the property manager, and she was very informative and provided us with a warm welcome. Would recommend this location to anyone needing storage.

Went there just to do price comparrisons and check condition of units. Amanda (Manager) took me around both climate controlled and non-climate controlled units. I finally settled on a 10x15 non-climate controlled unit for a price almost half of what I'm currently paying at another local place. My wife and I are going to be moving to Panama City, so we need a place to keep our excess stuff. I spoke to Amanda.. She was extremely helpful and patient with my many questions. In this transactional world, it's nice to find someone who takes pride in what they do and in helping others.
