One thing that... (Verified Renter) One thing that needs to be considered is a reputable cleaning firm or someone trust worthy to clean such places as elevators and walkways everyday. The first thing people look at is cleanliness, at least I do. The landscaping is kept up beautifully but the other areas as I mentioned are not. Give this matter attention please. Thank you.
Everything we have... (Verified Renter) Everything we have seen so far is what we expected. Anastasia in the office has been more than helpful in answering my questions. Everyone is=n the office has been great to deal with.
I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived in over a half dozen apartment communities. This is hands-down the best run complex. The amenities are second to none. It is like a resort here. I have never had any issue with neighbors, noise, or drama. The staff is friendly and kind and maintenance led by Sergio is as great as one could ever expect.
The personnel here... (Verified Renter) The personnel here at Avion are very passionate about their commitment to the Avion community. Never has any move gone 100%, but not by fault of the community, just because things happen. I've had just 2 hiccups since my move here and each time the staff and maintenance crew has shown a real zeal for making my life here at Avion the BEST experience ever. They are an amazing family
We're happy here... (Verified Renter) We're happy here except for the golf simulator concern. That is something I was looking forward to using often. Again, if something is not working it should be fixed immediately. Telling an occupant there's a work order each week is not good management. My only complaint here.
My utilities where... (Verified Renter) My utilities where turned on on the date the office recommended, I was charged extra fees due to misled information on the offices part.
The grill area... (Verified Renter) The grill area seems to always be an issue with the gas burners not lighting or too much grease buildup
The maintenance guy... (Verified Renter) The maintenance guy is very knowledgable and responsive. I have had several repairs and all were done quickly with no inconvenience to me.
Items in the... (Verified Renter) Items in the unit should have been tested before our move, one lightbulb dead, paint missing from part of bathtub, microwave does not work, etc...
