Our experience leading up to our wedding was wonderful. Howevever, on the day of our wedding, our driver could have been better- he didn’t smile once and got mad when he pulled into the wrong location/when we told him where the correct place was. He also didn’t offer a hand when people we getting on and off the buses in dresses- he just stood back. I would have expected a little common courtesy.
Avital did an outstanding job transporting 22 people from the venue in the western suburbs to the church in the city & back to the venue for the reception. They were professional & wonderful to work with! I will use them again! Thank you Avital!!

Working with Avital for our wedding was a breeze! Very prompt and easy communication, they reached out to us a day or two before our event to confirm the details, and the bus arrived on time and as promised with stocked bar, ice, cups, etc. Super happy we went with them and our entire wedding party had a great time!

Avital went above and beyond our expectations! We didn’t call to book until 4 days before the wedding and they were still available and very accommodating with what we needed. They were able to answer all of my questions and even called the day before our wedding to confirm everything. Our driver called early in the morning to let us know what time he would arrive. He showed up more than 15 minutes early and was very patient as we were running behind. Everything went well - he was professional and courteous and even helped make sure all of our things made it from the party bus to the reception venue staff so we could continue with pictures. The price is extremely competitive and the bus was clean and stocked with beverages. Overall great value for what we received.
