I just bought Nissan XTERRA 2010 SE on Friday. I just wanted to let you know that I was impressed by the fantastic service we received. THIS DEALERSHIP WAS AMAZING!! I DROVE PAST 5 OTHER DEALERSHIPS AND 35 MINUTES EACH WAY TO PURCHASE A NEW XTERRA FROM THEM!!! THEIR HONESTY,PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL!!! My salesperson listened to my needs and wants then delivered. He did not try to force me into something I couldn't afford, he just put things in motion. This buying experience was the best I had ever had. I would recommend the dealership and salesperson to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
I was treated with the utmost respect during my entire experience. The process was well orchestrated and even my 9 year old was able to endure the entire process! After the purchase I received a personalized letter from Mike Little, handwritten, stating what a pleasure it was in serving me and my son. He even called my son by name. That type of personalization really made me feel appreciated as an individual and not just another number.
I went to Avondale Nissan to comparison shop against a local competitor, I told Anthony what the other dealership had offered and gave Avondale an opportunity to beat the offer for my business. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. The salesman, Josh Hill, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful without pressure. Being fairly new to the valley, it is good to know that there is a quality Nissan dealer close to my home. I was also very pleased with the service department and George, my service rep.
