RecommendedIf you want a no hassle place to shop flooring, there's no other place. All the people you'll work with are excellent and their prices are reasonable. Besides that, they didn't lose their family-friendly customer service during the pandemic like other companies did. RecommendedWe just had our carpet in our dining room replaced with vinyl planks and had it installed in the kitchen as well. Our installer did an excellent job and I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out.

I appreciated the work I had done in 2018 but when I called to offer repeat business the response was so rude I decided to go elsewhere. If you're having a bad day, maybe let the call go to voicemail instead of bitching about the customer within earshot.

RecommendedI want to tell you how very happy I am with the carpet installation in our 2 bedrooms. Our installer, Ryan Desimone, did a fabulous job! He was efficient, polite, pleasant, and very professional. He also vacuumed the rooms and hallway when he finished the job to ensure our upstairs was clean when he left. I would definitely recommend him and request him to do more work for us in the future. THANK YOU for making this such a pleasurable experience!!
