Lewis was my technician, I was extremely thrilled with his efficiency. He was right on time and got the job done quick; very courteous and professional. The response time was incredible too; it was only a few days from the time I put in my request until the job was completed. If there was room for 10 stars I would have given this service a 10. You guys were prompt and professional. Got my refrigerator repaired the very next day. You showed up on time, were friendly and professional, did the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Also, you could have charged me to replace a part, and I wouldn't have known the difference, but you were honest, and told me I didn't need to replace it. Thank you!!!

Had a little trouble setting up the first appointment, but service was otherwise great. Problem diagnosed and parts ordered and installed as soon as they came in. Technician was prompt, very polite, and seemed to be very well trained.
