I purchased my cpap equipment from this business. The problem is the warranty! It's been less than a year and my machine leaks. The customer support seriously lacks. I would suggest that if you plan on making purchases make sure you get it in writing. I will NEVER shop here again! What a waste of time and money.
I am so happy I found this place! They had what we needed which is unusual, since I needed a custom sized scooter for my husband. The young man that helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely come again!
When I arrived at the store I was politely greeted. I explained my needs for a recliner and they got me all fixed up. Very happy with my purchase.
We got there at 15 minutes to closing last night and the gal that helped us gave us the best service ever. She stayed late, after hours, to put together a rollator for my father to try out. It was perfect for him and we ended up getting it!
Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Find another provider if you want to be treated like a human. Amanda acted like our presence and questions were her biggest inconvenience. Her arrogant attitude was accosting. Do not go here.
