We could not have been more pleased with the professional and knowledgeable customer service provided by Maricella. She offered invaluable information about the products we purchased and the chair rented for after-surgery recovery. She even helped carry our purchases to our nearby car. The afternoon we'd dreaded selecting medical equipment turned into a very pleasant experience. Thank you!!!

Could not have asked for a better experience! I had an idea what I wanted/needed, and help was immediately available. They had exactly what I was searching for, showed me all the options, and helped me decide which one was best for my purposes. It’s very easy to test the different devices, and a reasonable return policy is a plus. Displays are neat and clean, and it’s easy to determine options. We had a great experience here. We were greeted when we walked in and all of our questions were answered. We made a purchase of a lift chair, loaded it up and took it with us. As we were preparing to load it, they took time to show us how to take the back off and how the cords and such should be hooked up, then helped us load the chair. They were very kind, I would recommend shopping here.

What a great store! Service was fantastic, was open til 6 in a Friday night. Could easily go after work. Had just what we needed. Thank you!! I believe Diane, the assistant manager took care of us. She was wonderful.
