We flew from Indiana to Phoenix to buy a van off of these guys. Before we left I asked them to take pictures of the rocker panels and of any blemishes it might have. The lady I spoke with made it sound like I was asking for a kidney. She took some pictures of the rocker panels and sent them to me. When we arrived we see that there is a very nice size dent on the rocker panel that was conveniently not in any of the pictures. All I told you was I wouldn't lay on the ground to get pics underneath to which YOU replied, no problem, just hold the camera underneath and snap some pics, which I did. in October I bought a Dodge 3500 from them, though it had some body damage Bobby guaranteed the engine and drivetrain were in excellent condition and that it was covered by their warranty , I financed the truck, I believed him. No follow through on promises made. van was missing spare tire had a bad battery no jack or tools to change flat and one head light was out. was told to send recipt for battery and they would cut a check. That never happend

I went in to purchase a trailblazer they had for sale. The one issue I noticed right away was the driver side door panel was off and the power window on that side doesn't work. I drove it around and it did drive nice. I ask to take it to the dealer to look over the car. Came back with lots of issues. Made a deal over the phone on a truck. drove 3 hours to get it. I was assured everything worked. Front windshield had large crack that would have to be replaced. they never told me that. AC was blowing hot and wouldnt cool off. AC fan blower motor only worked on 1-3. 4&5 didnt work. I was told there were 2 sets of keys for the utility cabinets, but they had none. Sorry you feel this way. You did make a deal over the phone (over $500 off the asking price). This vehicle was working properly when listed, and it was test driven a few times recently and no one mentioned that the air wasn't working-we can't fix what we don't know is wrong, plus this is an 11 year old truck-things happen. No question we would have replaced the windshield for you and had keys made for the boxes. Bought a truck here to find out it had been in a flood. They did a great job of cleaning it up but has been nothing but problems since. So I guess maybe I just got unlucky and would recommend you have anything checked by an independent repair facility.
