New to Walpole, I needed a dentist. While coming to a friend’s appointment, I made an appointment for me and I’m glad I did. Jen is a great hygienist who explains procedures well and is very pleasant. Dr. Saba came in the room to check my mouth and greeted me. Great appointment.

Was a patient a few years back and had an awful experience here. I had a gag spot triggering during the appointment and instead of letting me sit up and take a break like I asked, the dentist yelled at me to stop moving when I raised my hand just to wipe away the tears. Will never go back, she honestly made me feel so uncomfortable to ever get dental work done again. Edit: Since they did not appreciate my first, honest review. I hate going to the dentist, I don't care for needles and discomfort. But Dr. Naeem has been a fantastic dentist for me. She is great at minimizing the discomfort. Fillings and cleanings have been very easy with her. My teeth are in better shape now than before, my gums don't even bleed anymore. I highly recommend her dentistry skills.

I used to dread getting a cleaning done but Sherri has always made it a more pleasant experience! She’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and explains everything clearly. Office is spotless and the front desk receptionists are great.

Always professional and pleasant from the front office staff, to the dental hygienist, and the dentists. They always run on time. I had to cancel my January appointment and was put on list to be notified of an earlier appointment. One of the front desk staff remembered that I needed appointments later in the day and when two became available, called me before putting the notice out. That is customer service.
