Great communication from start to finish, even during install , they would pop in to check on progress an to see if I had any questions! I will definitely be using them for my next project

Shopping for carpet for master bedroom. Had a couple quotes from other dealers. We had a sample of carpet that we liked from a relative’s home & wanted that style. We knew the manufacturer & style/color & Tyler helped us find the recent updated version which was the exact carpet only different name. We decided to replace most of the carpet in our house with engineered wood flooring. After visiting several stores we picked BA Flooring because of the personal interaction from Tyler and Donnie, the price points and variety of flooring and carpet. The customer service is a major selling point, Tyler informed us when and how things would be done and told us if there where any questions we could call him anytime. Currently replacing all of the tile in our house. It was so overwhelming in the beginning trying to find tile that we liked online. We chose to visit BA Flooring & Design and we're not disappointed. From our initial visit to nailing down what we wanted and purchasing. Tyler and Donnie are both amazing at their jobs!! So helpful, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. They offered suggestions and worked with us from start to finish. We definitely recommend BA Flooring & Design for any of your flooring needs.
We had new carpeting installed in our master bedroom. The experience was great from the start. The salesmen were very patient with me answering all my questions and showing me many styles as I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted. The installation went smoothly also. We had someone else do the flooring in the living room a year ago and I was not at all satisfied with the process. I highly recommend BA Flooring and Designs and will use them again myself.

I looked on line for someone to do my floors and found BA Flooring, I like to keep it local, I spoke with Tyler who came out and gave us a bid, we went with it and they have been AMAZING, they were there when they said they would be and the installers were great, my floors look fantastic and I will recommend them to everyone i see and talk to.
