We initially chose this company because they were located so close to our new home. They were incredibly friendly and worked fast. Unfortunately the quality suffered with that speed. We originally had hardwood floors in some places and carpet in others which created uneven areas and damage to the baseboards, which was expected in those areas and not at all their fault. My experience with BA Flooring has been excellent! I was very pleased with the quality of the flooring and the installation. They quickly responded to my follow-up request for minor touch-up and completed the work to my satisfaction. I don’t usually post reviews, but this company offers quality products, is ethical and has reasonable pricing, so I’m taking the time to give them a well-deserved 5-star review! I always recommend them to family and friends who are looking for flooring in the Tulsa area.
We were pressed to get our house on the market quickly. Dylan was so professional and so helpful. He helped us find flooring in our price range and measured our house that day. We had beautiful, new floors within a week! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend BA Flooring And Design!
Our upstairs carpet was replaced with laminate flooring before Thanksgiving and it turned out perfect. We are a satisfied customer. The workmanship was great. This company also replaced the tiles in our bathrooms. Bryce helped us with the process. He made sure that he checks in to see how the installation was going. He communicated with us about how the project was going. The installers knows their craft and did an excellent job!I highly recommend BA flooring if you need to update your flooring.
