Ryan is so accommodating and offered quick response to our need for cribs for our twins during our house remodel. I had to extend 3 extra days and his service offered the flexibility to meet the needs of my family. We also had to change hotels and he came and picked up the cribs and brought them to our new hotel. I will definitely utilize this service again in the future. Rented a crib for my stay in Dallas. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the quality, friendly and timely customer service I got! Ryan was very responsive to my needs and was extremely nice! Their prices are extremely reasonable and they were very timely with their drop off and pick up. I will be for sure renting from boutique baby rentals again!

Great service! I rented several items for my niece to come visit for a week with her two little ones. Everything was delivered and set up right at the scheduled appointment time. And it was broken down and picked up right on schedule. I will definitely use this company again. Flawless transaction. Great customer service.
