I'm a new patient at their Patchogue location. Being new to the area, I initially went to another local dentist that was listed with my insurance company and I was treated terribly, phone calls weren't returned, they forgot when they scheduled my appointments, etc. so at the recommendation of a friend, I went to Babylon Dental. Very nice dentists and orthodontist, but we have now had two not so positive experiences with the same hygienist who made condescending and rude remarks to an already anxious child. We will request someone else the next time we are there.

I have changed my rating of you because your office did call back and discuss the final costs of the implant for my husband. I am still not thrilled with your billing department but the fact that you reviewed and gave us a better answer on the dental work needed helped.

An amazing experience. I had a dental emergency, and they got me right in. Victoria was wonderful! So friendly, informative and took all of the X-rays so quick and gently. They had a surgeon who was able to do an extraction on the fly and I was so thankful for how quick and accommodating they were. The Surgeon was awesome, nothing hurt at all and I was so thankful to have been relieved of the pain from a broken tooth. I will definitely be using them for all my dental care from now on.

Let me start by saying I would never tell anyone to go to Babylon dentel, the reason is, they lie and do things to get you out quick, I stoped going because they tell me they take some of my incurance, they don't so they charged me the hole amount on my credit card, now I don't go back I found a better yes better dentest that takes my incurance, so now they won't credit my amount of 2300, bad service, oh sally lie also.
