My Son Jaxon Noel was in an accident where he lost 5 of his permanent bottom teeth due to an unmarked tree stake wire at a new outdoor mall development, and the insurance company claimed that they saw "no fault" with the deadly wire being unmarked. Well, Bachus & Schanker and myself felt differently about this and we were able to settle for 150K. My Son will have beautiful teeth again because of this.
