I liked that when I called they always returned my calls promptly. Also, when I called they knew exactly who I was, which made me feel like they were taking time with my case and not just rushing it along. I liked that was always kept informed at each step in the case. I appreciated the attention that my case manager gave me. It meant a lot because I know I called a lot. Great Job!
