I bought my dress at Bacio Bacio. Bacio bacio was absolutely great. I went over numerous times with different people and each time I felt special, they didn't push me to buy... Just wanted to make sue I found the prefect dress for my wedding. I bugged them over the phone and via email with questions and never once did I hear any irritation in their voices. They have good product and are great at customer service.

Take it from me...I visited 16 dress stores before I found Bacio Bacio. Not one of the 16 stores had anything that I liked or would even consider wearing. Obviously, I am a very tough critic. However, I saw a completely different kind of dress selection when I visited Bacio Bacio. Their inventory is extremely nice quality and I found several dresses there that I could see myself wearing. Bacio Bacio has the best selection around and their service is unmatched. I selected my dress when I went home for Christmas and I fell in love. Only problem was that I didn't live in Florida anymore, so I wanted to buy in Portland and dismissed that feeling. However, no dress in Portland compared to the dress I loved back home, so I contacted Bacio Bacio to see if they could still work with me. I purchased my wedding gown from Bacio Bacio and was extremely happy with my purchase. The service I received throughout the process was excellent, from start to finish. I really liked how this was a smaller boutique so I received more personal service than other stores I went to. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly as well. They always returned phone calls and were sure to call me with any question. The seamstress they use was also excellent and I would highly recommend her.
