Bacio Bacio has the best selection around and their service is unmatched. I selected my dress when I went home for Christmas and I fell in love. Only problem was that I didn't live in Florida anymore, so I wanted to buy in Portland and dismissed that feeling. However, no dress in Portland compared to the dress I loved back home, so I contacted Bacio Bacio to see if they could still work with me. I purchased my wedding gown from Bacio Bacio and was extremely happy with my purchase. The service I received throughout the process was excellent, from start to finish. I really liked how this was a smaller boutique so I received more personal service than other stores I went to. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly as well. They always returned phone calls and were sure to call me with any question. The seamstress they use was also excellent and I would highly recommend her.

The moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed. My assistant, Mary, was incredibly attentive and friendly, and the entire staff was so eager to help. Everyone pitched in to select dresses and accessories for me, and they even offered to have me try on the same dresses over and over again. The entire staff is genuinely friendly and very easy-going. I did not feel rush or pressured. They really want you to enjoy the moment. I bought my dream dress at a fantastic price. I HIGHLY recommend this store.
My mom and I ended up stopping into bacio bacio on a whim, and I loved the service and the patience of the staff, I loved that the dress they picked out for me I would have never tried on and once i put it on i loved loved loved it ! and great prices ! and they really stayed true to your budget and guide you in the right direction, the only problem is during the fittings they seemed to overbook so it would get very crowded and very rushed which of course no bride likes to feel like when trying on their wedding dress ! over a... read more
