All employees were so kind and welcoming. They were so helpful in helping me find my dream dress that was stunning but also that I felt comfortable in. Amy helped calm my nerves and made me feel supported and empowered to say Yes to my dress!!
Bacio Bacio and Amy my consultant were amazing. I wasn’t ready to make a decision yet and didn’t buy yet but I’ll be going back when they get a few new gowns I’m interested in in the spring. Beautiful gowns and great service even though I am size 16, Amy made me feel like a princess!
Had an appointment with Amy and she was fantastic! She worked with me and my family to find my perfect gown and was so patient and kind. After my appointment, she has an appointment with one of my bridesmaids and helped her figure out exactly what she was looking for. Would absolutely recommend working with her!
This is such a beautiful salon!! I had THE BEST experience here thanks to Krystal. She was so helpful from the minute I got to the salon, helping me pick out different dresses and giving her honest opinions. Many of my bridesmaids were unable to come with me to search for a dress, so before buying anything I wanted to send them pics and get their opinion. Krystal was absolutely amazing! The experience was wonderful and she listened to everything I was saying after each dress I put on which lead me to finding "the" dress. She truly felt like part of my group sharing in all the feelings and emotions right there with us which made everything go very smoothly and stress free. I really liked that this shop lets you go through and pull out dresses yourself. most shops wont even let you go near the racks.
Amy was so helpful and patient. My mom and I (bride) went to three bridal shops and the experience with Amy at Bacio Bacio was worlds above the others. The shop is laid out in a friendlier way than the other shops and you are more able to browse and really see your options for yourself rather than just have dresses hoisted on you in a dressing room wondering if you’d perfect dress is out there and the stylist just isn’t selecting it for you. Do not miss Bacio Bacio if you are dress shopping in the WPB area!
Bacio Bacio Bridal is truly a beautify bridal shop, they treat you like family and make sure you are fully satisfied with your gown. Olga also does a lovely job on alterations - she added custom lace to my veil and adjusted my dress as needed. The shop is small but they have a gorgeous selection of gowns, I had such a great experience vs larger shops. My sister also found her gown here 8 years ago, definitely give them a visit!
I loved my entire experience at Bacio Bacio! Lenyce is so sweet and helpful. She makes the experience so fun and comfortable. She was super responsive to every email and question I had. Olga, the seamstress, was also fantastic. I felt comfortable offering my thoughts about alterations and I was supported by both Lenyce and Olga until my dress fit just right. I was at bacio bacio last week and had my appointment with Sana! She was amazing! I was so comfortable during my entire appointment! She pulled styles that fit my body type and was very respectful of my budget. I fell in love with the 2nd dress I tried on! I actually went to a second shop to try on a few more dresses and the entire time I was there all I could think about was the dress at bacio bacio!
