These people are the worst. The girl at the front desk acts childish and ignores anyone coming in. She literally sat on her phone with her son and ignored me yesterday. After 10 years this location went from Rehab 1 to this sad situation. They don’t have enough therapists. Kate will never watch me doing balance therapies and I fell yesterday. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this place. First I verified that this place was in network with my insurance and they were! From DAY 1 of therapy I asked the lady in the front desk “how much for the visit” she told me “nothing for today” I did that for at least 4 times, going in and leaving I would ask “how much for today?” And every time she would tell me “nothing due for today” after about 6 sessions of therapy I get a text “please review your statement for back to school therapy by clicking on the li... read more
