never thought i would need to bail anyone out if jail. but im so glad and lucky i walked into bail hotline. my agent michael martinez was so great in making me feel better about the whole situation i was in. he was fast and very helpfully. got my husband put of van nuys pd in no time. thanks michael and bail holine for everything.

My sister recently got arrested we were not planning on getting her out but unfortunately we ended up needing their services. My family was very suprised on how helpful the staff was our agent was Mike and i can't express how understanding he was. we dealt with Hector and Jennifer and they were very friendly, if anyone we know ever needs a bai lbonds we know who we will send them to(mike).

Beware of unprofessional unethical inconsiderate selfish personnel from executive office manager Leo to Luis to Jannie to the new girl answering the phone Please not use this bail hotline service it's been 3-4 weeks and I still haven't been refunded for a service I didn't even end up needing for my lives one who was in need of services and they are very rude they are only there to take ur money and then turn around and act like u need them so take it in the ass well I hope u don't use these people unless u want to be taken ... read more

This has been the worst experience I've ever had dealing with and bail bondsman. They were so quick and efficient when it came to taking my money but when it came to posting the actual bond I've never seen anyone take so long in my life. I made sure to inform Them multiple times my boyfriends name was in the system incorrectly for some reason - a spelling error that ended his last name a few letters short and asked if that would cause any potential issue with getting his bond posted. These lazy scammers ignored me completely... read more

LIARS!!! I tried to bail a co-worker out recently and these people have stolen my money. They are refusing to give me a refund on the bail that I put down in cash. Because they took so long to do the bail, someone else got him out. I have been trying to get a refund on this for over a week now, this after being told I would have a refund check after 3 days...well it's been over 10 days now and still nothing.

I gave them money and they never bailed my brother out. I had to go thru a different bail bonds and I still have not received my money back from them! I get a run around every time I try to get my refund especially from a guy named Luis. I would NEVER recommend this bail bonds!
