He went out of his way, going back-and-forth with me, trying to show me how to fill out the contracts. Also, he was able to check with his boss to make sure of some of the Discount that I could get for being able to post as soon as I could. Both agents were polite, thorough, but swift. I had never dealt with bail bonds before, and I felt completely unsure about the process—almost like I was signing my life away. But Jimmy was incredible! I truly appreciate his brutal honesty; he told me exactly how things were, without sugarcoating anything.
