I had never dealt with bail bonds before, and I felt completely unsure about the process—almost like I was signing my life away. But Jimmy was incredible! I truly appreciate his brutal honesty; he told me exactly how things were, without sugarcoating anything. Lisa was amazing, she was an angel because I never had to do this before and she made it less stressful. I went in there feeling so stressful and so tired from lack of sleep. She is irreplaceable and hope everyone doing this line of work have a heart like her
